Set Solutions is working exclusively with a client hiring for a full time (direct hrie) Project/Program Manager with data governance, data warehouse and enterprise information systems experience.

Job Description:

• Help define and lead enterprise data governance vision and execution by building policies and procedures for various data governance capabilities, including but not limited to access policies, data security, data privacy, data retention, and data protection.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience: Project management best practices, Investment Management Industry, Data Management / Data Warehouse
• Communication / Client handling: Experience working with complex / senior stakeholders.
• The PM should be able to provide detailed updates to the project team, as well as synthesize the information for senior management.
• Detailed oriented and organizational skills: Work closely with all groups (business, IT, etc) to get updates on active items, help prioritize the backlog of work, drive delivery and capture change requests/deviations to agreed plan. Create accountability among project team members to drive on time delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to implement data governance capabilities, working closely with engineering teams to establish infrastructure and tooling that enable teams across the company to comply with governance requirements and improve data quality.
• Assist in compliance audits (internal and external); support the identification, inventorying, and remediation of findings and issues.
• Drive adoption and compliance programs across business units, using customer feedback to continuously improve and refine the tooling.
• Establish and implement monitoring protocols and key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to measure the impact of the applied data governance and identify key organizational risks.
• Communicate the Data Governance program status to key stakeholders and business leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
